Hi! Products from me can come from multiple places depending on which one you're talking about, so I'm going to try and break it down!
All swim briefs and underwear comes directly from me here in Toronto, Canada. In the case of US orders I pay the tariffs up front, so no worries about getting charged upon delivery!
Other products from Pander are made-to-order, which means your product needs to be produced after you order it. This mostly helps me avoid living in an apartment full of giant boxes!
My knitwear products are made-to-order from China, and will be produced and shipped directly from a fulfillment facility in Dongguan. This is why sweater orders take 2-4 weeks, typically 1 week for production and then depending on where you live the rest of the time is for shipping.
All other products (t-shirts, crop tops, tank tops, hoodies, gym tanks, sweatshirts, swim trunks, coffee mugs, iron-on patches, etc.) are produced with a company that has fulfillment facilities across the globe, and will be produced and shipped from whichever location is closest to you. Some of the locations include North Carolina, Toronto, Barcelona, Riga, and Tijuana. This is ideal for European orders, as they can be shipped from within the EU.
I have to be upfront that I'm a one man operation and Pander doesn't operate at a very high profit margin, so returns are difficult! The majority of my items are made-to-order, meaning they're made specifically for you once you place your order, so a return puts me in a position of a loss. Nonetheless, if you have significant issues with sizing I will try and do my best to help you make an exchange, but this is not always possible.
If your order is damaged or incorrect in anyway, I will claim 100% responsibility for this and as long as you get back to me within 4 weeks after receiving the product I will help you get a full refund. For packages lost in transit (that is, not listed as "delivered" as unfortunately I can't confirm if the customer is pulling a scam), please also try to alert me of this within 4 weeks as well!
