All products from Pander Shirts are made-to-order, which means your product needs to be produced after you order it. This helps avoid overstocking products that don’t sell and reduces waste.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials as well. The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your ordered product. Our fulfillment time is a maximum of 7 business days, with more than 50% of our orders being shipped within 3 business days.
Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time (dependent on your location).
All of our shipping methods include tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Aside from a few select countries (Cuba, Syria, North Korea, etc.) Pander Shirts ships worldwide.
There are fulfillment centres in many countries and your order will be automatically produced in the fulfillment centre closest to you. So for example, even though we are a North American company, European orders should not take significantly longer than orders in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Will all my items ship together?
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences (coffee mugs specifically, enamel pins), or staggered fulfillment times.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

What if it gets sent back?
The return address is set by default to Pander Shirts. If the package is undeliverable and gets returned, we will contact you and try to rectify the issue. Any unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Buyer’s Remorse - Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns will only be accommodated based on error as a result of Pander Shirts.
