This high quality knit sweater is my go-to favorite. Comfy and cozy, but not too warm, and super soft with ZERO itch. The mix of cotton (55%) and polyester (45%) means it's got the softness and breathability of cotton, while not shrinking too much in the wash and being more resistant to staining and easier to clean.

Most products from Pander are made-to-order, which means your product needs to be produced after you order it. This helps avoid overstocking products that don’t sell and reduces waste. I'm only one person, so holding stock (and having to ship everything out myself, especially from Canada, isn't possible for me!)
 
How long will my order take to arrive?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your ordered product. My fulfillment time is a maximum of 7 business days, with more than 50% of my orders being shipped within 3 business days.
Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time (dependent on your location).
All of my shipping methods include tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Aside from a few select countries (Cuba, Syria, North Korea, etc.) Pander ships worldwide.
There are fulfillment centres in many countries so I try to have your order produced in the fulfillment centre closest to you. So for example, even though we are a North American company, European orders should not take significantly longer than orders in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Will all my items ship together?

Probably not! Some orders come from me personally in Toronto and others come from fulfillment centers. Certain products can only be fulfilled at certain centers, so they may have to ship separately for this reason as well. Don't worry, you'll only have to pay for shipping once, no matter how many separate packages your order may be split into.

I have to be upfront that I'm a one man operation and Pander doesn't operate at a very high profit margin, so returns are difficult! The majority of my items are made-to-order, meaning they're made specifically for you once you place your order, so a return puts me in a position of a loss. Nonetheless, if you have significant issues with sizing I will try and do my best to help you make an exchange, but this is not always possible. 

If your order is damaged or incorrect in anyway, I will claim 100% responsibility for this and as long as you get back to me within 4 weeks after receiving the product I will help you get a full refund. For packages lost in transit (that is, not listed as "delivered" as unfortunately I can't confirm if the customer is pulling a scam), please also try to alert me of this within 4 weeks as well!

What if it gets sent back?
The return address is set by default to Pander Shirts. If the package is undeliverable and gets returned, we will contact you and try to rectify the issue. Any unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
 
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Buyer’s Remorse - Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns will only be accommodated based on error as a result of Pander Shirts.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
 
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
 
therefore Pander Shirts reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
